ANDRE ROSA
R&D and Product Strategy Director
Around 20 years of experience in refrigeration compressors, Andre has worked in R&D where he was responsible for Product Development and Customer Technical Support in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Currently, he’s the global R&D Director for the Commercial Appliances Embraco portfolio.
Andre holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer and a Master’s Degree in Scientific Metrology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC).
MAREK ZGLICZYNSKI
Research Fellow, Director
Marek began his career as a researcher and project leader in 1979. His responsibilities include support in development of Commercial Refrigeration products and related processes, technical assistance to sales to promote advantages of Embraco products, and influence on regional and international regulations and standards.
In 2015, Marek was elected Chairman of the IEC/SC61C subcommittee, an international committee taking care of safety standardization for the refrigeration industry. He is a member of global and regional standardization bodies (ISO, CEN, Cenelec,UL,CANENA) and Ashrae Member.
Marek got a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering after following courses in Turin Politechnic in Italy.

JOHARI GREGORIO
Application Engineer
Johari Gregorio joined Embraco in 2011. Since then he has become an Application Engineer for Europe and, later, for North America. In this position, he provides technical support to commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturers for the development of their solutions, from reach-in freezers to medical & lab applications. Johari has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universita’ Degli Studi di Catania (Italy).
