01 ・ Safety
The electrical box of Bioma is designed without compromises: there are dedicated safety switches for the main power supply, compressor and fan, to protect you and the unit in every foreseeable condition.
02 ・ Condenser
Fin&tubes technology, in order to withstand severe in-field conditions. The cleaning is easy thanks to dedicated door which integrates the fan assembly.
03 ・ Variable fan speed
With regulation based on pressure of condensation is equipped as standard. It contributes both to the reduction of noise and electrical consumption.
04 ・ Pressure switches
The whole product line up is equipped with a dual adjustable pressure switch with automatic reset both for high and low pressure.
05 ・ Compressor
The units are equipped with Embraco reciprocating or scroll compressors, depending on the model, all with crankcase heater, offering
a wide capacity and ambient temperature range.
LBP extended working envelope is possible through scrolls liquid injection technology.
06 ・ 3 doors with lock
Openable with just a quarter of key turn, provide full and fast accessibility to all the refrigeration circuit, making maintenance easy.

Microchannel heat exchangers are equipped both to reduce the dimensions and keep the refrigerant charge below 150 g / circuit.
02 ・ Balance valve
To regulate the ideal pressure and water flow on liquid-condensed versions, guaranteeing optimal working conditions.
03 ・ Electrical box
Efficient and secure connection to improve the level of service and speed of installation. External HMI provided, installable near the door of the cold room.
04 ・ Modbus RS485
Connection port available allowing the integration with the most common Third Parties’ supervision and monitoring systems for HACCP.
05 ・ VCC compressors
The unit is the only one on the market available with up to 4 VCC compressors, which can provide high capacity with great energy efficiency.
06 ・ ECM fan motors
All the fans equipped on the units are ECM, contributing even more to minimize the energy consumption.
07 ・ Pressure switch
System safety component, the pressure switch triggers when pressure reaches predetermined thresholds.
08 ・ Evaporator
With unique, CFD-designed, central air inlet and side outlets, allowing a uniform distribution of cold air even in big-size cold rooms. The height of the evaporator into the cold rooms is limited, avoiding the subtraction of refrigerated volume.
