Combination
Any Bioma+ housing, is stackable up to 2 units one on the other, to serve both MBP and LBP. To stack different housings, a kit is needed.

01 ・ Condenser
Microchannel heat exchangers are equipped both to reduce the dimensions and keep the refrigerant charge below 150 g / circuit;
02 ・ Balance valve
To regulate the ideal pressure and water flow on liquid-condensed versions, guaranteeing optimal working conditions;
03 ・ Electrical box
Efficient and secure connection to improve the level of service and speed of installation. External HMI provided, installable near the door of the cold room;
04 ・ Modbus RS485
Connection port available allowing the integration with the most common Third Parties’ supervision and monitoring systems for HACCP;
05 ・ VCC compressors
The unit is the only one on the market available with up to 4 VCC compressors, which can provide high capacity with great energy efficiency;
06 ・ ECM fan motors
All the fans equipped on the units are ECM, contributing even more to minimize the energy consumption;
07 ・ Pressure switch
System safety component, the pressure switch triggers when pressure reaches predetermined thresholds;
08 ・ Evaporator
With unique, CFD-designed, central air inlet and side outlets, allowing a uniform distribution of cold air even in big-size cold rooms. The height of the evaporator into the cold rooms is limited, avoiding the subtraction of refrigerated volume.
